Carolyn Ruck

Carolyn Ruck is a principal in RSA and has over 35 years of operational and project experience. She is trained in both European and US food service delivery systems, as well as cost control, retail and customer service sensitivity programs.

  • Ms. Ruck is an active member of AND, CDA, AHF and FCG.
  • She is a frequent speaker and contributing writer to local and national associations on various different topics and recognized industry publications.
  • She is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a BS Degree in Food and Nutrition and is a registered dietitian.

Georgie Shockey

Georgie Shockey is a principal in RSA and has over 35 years of operational and project experience. She has extensive knowledge in all aspects of hospitality management, including the management of daily operations, implementation of new services, feasibility studies, proposal, contract negotiations and system design and development.

  • Ms. Shockey is an active member of AHF, AHE, IFMA and FCG.
